Richard Harris joins Carter Jonas as new agent for HPARK

With his expertise in development and the big box logistics market, Richard brings over 25 years of extensive experience and is widely recognised for his leadership in the industrial and logistics property sector.

Previously, Richard led JLL's industrial and logistics team in Leeds, where he played a pivotal role in expanding its sector offerings across the North. His work advising major schemes in Yorkshire and the North East has cemented his reputation as a central figure in the market.
