Land acquired by Northstone, with reserved matters details submitted in November 2025.
Overview
The disposal was led by Russell LDP for our landowner client partners, The Casey Group and the Trustees of the Wilton Estate, with CBRE and Savills jointly advising.
National housebuilder Northstone purchased the residential development site, located off Junction 19 of the M62 and benefitting from the Heywood Link Road - now known as Queen Elizabeth II Way - in October 2025. The land is earmarked for the delivery of up to 190 new homes.
The site sits adjacent to Northern Gateway within the wider Atom Valley Mayoral Development Zone, offering future residents direct access to what is considered Greater Manchester's most significant employment development.
