We believe in fostering meaningful partnerships with all stakeholders, and will work closely with you to ensure the scheme meets your exact requirements.

Our 10-step approach

We're a partner from start to end, through the land assembly, planning, design and construction phases.

Stage 1

Early Engagement

We'll meet on site and will hold consultation workshops to understand your aims and aspirations, as well as any fundamental project constraints.

Stage 2

Feasibility Study

We'll ensure Initial risks and opportunities are reviewed such as; planning, technical, timescales and commercial items.

Stage 3

Concept Design

Our design teams will assess the development potential of the site, preparing concept site plans, which will inform of key constraints and the opportunity for development.

Stage 4

Risk Reduction

Based on the concept schemes, we'll hold risk workshops to reduce or mitigate risks where possible through ongoing discussions and technical reviews.

Stage 5

Planning Approval

Our planning team will develop a robust planning strategy, which will culminate in a planning submission to the local authority. We'll manage the entire process through to determination.

Stage 6

Detailed Design

The design team will work with specialist consultants to develop a robust detailed design, mitigating further risk and allowing cost plans and programmes to be developed.

Stage 7


We'll tender the scheme to secure the best price and programme terms with the least risk to all stakeholders.

Stage 8


On-site construction, with monthly reporting of updates, costs, timescales, quality and safety.

Stage 9


Handover of the successful scheme to you. We'll provide ongoing support and guidance, including training and demonstrations of building systems, and defects rectification during the first 12-month period.

Stage 10

Continued Support

You are our partner for the long term - we're on hand for any issues or concerns you may have in your future operation of the scheme.
