Overview
Russell LDP prepared an Outline Planning Application in 2016 in parallel with Cheshire East Council’s North Congleton masterplan for the town’s expansion and Congleton Link Road delivery.
In particular, we ensured that our client’s development phase could come forward in advanced of competing neighbouring parcels, thus ensuring an earlier entry to market. This helped secure higher land sale returns.
Russell LDP then led on the sale of the site, in conjunction with our agent partners, and negotiated a strong land sale receipt on behalf of the client.
